2021 Beef Reservations

We are very thankful for the mild temps(other than the few cold days with the ice storm) and the moisture we’ve gotten! Our winter pasture was sure set back with about 5-6 weeks without moisture but it is growing now. I am going to add some tentative dates for spring and wondering how many people would be interested in more beef as early as February? If you would like on this tentative list please get with us! It is tentative and not for sure(won’t be reserving beef or taking deposits until I’m sure I can provide the product at the time I’m thinking) and it will only be a few spots which I’m sure will go fast. Could be a great Christmas present for a family member this year! What’s better for Christmas than the peace of mind of a freezer full of local beef?? Please comment, message, text, or call me to get on this list! Will have both grass finished and some grain finished beef available.
